6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, personal information, and any other confidential data.

7. Termination

• Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date are non-refundable.
• Termination by ETS Rubasha Media: ETS Rubasha Media reserves the right to terminate the service agreement for non-payment, breach of terms, or any other reason as deemed necessary. Notice of termination will be provided to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

ETS Rubasha Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms
